Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on StylusShop.com.au (the “Website”) and your use of the Website itself. 
StylusShop.com.au is the trading name of a company based in Queensland, Australia. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Queensland, Australia shall any such dispute arise.
In these terms “we” refers to StylusShop.com.au and “you” and “your” refers to any visitor to the Website or any StylusShop.com.au customer.
How do I pay?
Our secure buying system is authorised via PayPal or eway (VISA, MasterCard), one of the most respected web payment systems; as used on Ebay. Choose your product and click the add to cart button. You will be taken to the payment page. We use the PayPal or eway system which takes payment directly from your bank a/c via your card details. Australia Post postage is included in the final price. All prices are in Australian dollars including GST. If you decide to cancel during the process, you will go to a cancellation page so you can be certain your order is not proceeding. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a transaction.
How long will it take for my stylus order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day after payment. You will be notified if there is any problems or delays. Orders before 2pm are mailed the same day.
If you need it for a special occasion then please allow us reasonable time to process the order i.e. a couple of weeks notice at least. If it's a emergency, then contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs!
While we do endeavour to deliver orders on time, order delivery dates may be affected by customs, couriers, postal services and other elements out side of our control.
How do you send my item?
Orders are sent via Australia Post, Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post depending on fulfilment centre. Please note that standard Australia Post Mail is not trackable.
Where free delivery is applicable, goods will be posted using economy/budget methods.

My order has not arrived yet?
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately: support@StylusShop.com.au
Australia Post require 30 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
- Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out. 
- We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. 
- We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.
Returns General
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please don’t use scissors to open your package, you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. For return to sender (RTS) or delivery refused, there will be 15% restocking fee from the subtotal. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I return an item?
Please complete your returns form which can be found on the reverse of the invoice which will have arrived with your StylusShop.com.au item. Please make sure you fill in all your details as required so that we can link your return with your original order, if you have misplaced this; please contact our customer service team who will e-mail you a replacement.
Returned item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Australia Post Registered Mail.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will organize the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.
All postage is non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Customised orders and modified products cannot be returned. While we do endeavour to deliver orders on time, custom order delivery dates may be affected by customs, couriers, postal services and other elements out side of our control.
I have received a faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail shop@StylusShop.com.au quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I have received an incorrect item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail shop@StylusShop.com.au quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from StylusShop for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have canceled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Special Conditions 
StylusShop.com.au will not accept any responsibility for any variation in shade, material or composition shown within our website. Canceled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of StylusShop.com.au. We have the right to refuse to accept a canceled order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable for any reason.
Website colours should be used as a guide only.
 
 
Fraud, High Risk or other customers

We reserve the right to refuse business with non Australian addresses or credit card holders to reduce fraud risk. Orders from outside Australian and New Zealand areas will be cancelled.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by StylusShop.com.au. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission. All commercial product licenses and rights are owned by StylusShop.com.au © 2010.
 
 
Warranty Guidelines

StylusShop whereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of invoice, StylusShop shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. Parts not defective, which are returned for any reason, (e.g. ordered wrong year, wrong model, shop ordered wrong) are subject to a restocking charge. All returned parts MUST be accompanied by a sales receipt. The warranty will be void if the parts are not returned in the same condition they are sold. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. StylusShopis not responsible for buyer’s error. No warranty or reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs in installing or reinstalling a part
