How do I get free shipping?
If your order exceeds $199 you will not get charged for shipment and we will pay for it.
How do you send my item?
Orders are sent via Australia Post or Hong Kong Post depending on fulfilment centre - as a rule of thumb Digitizer and Smart pens are shipped via Hong Kong. Please note that standard Australia Post Mail is not trackable.
Where free delivery is applicable, goods will be posted using economy/budget methods.
Can I track my order? 
Please note that tracking with Australia Post is not live. In most cases the Australia Post Tracking Website will not show anything before the shipment has been scanned at the point of its destination. If you know the tracking number of your shipment you can track it here.

Why hasn't my order has arrived yet?
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately:
Australia Post require 15 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
- Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out. 
- We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. 
- We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.

How do I process a warranty claim?
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed
Do you ship international?
We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We reserve the right to refuse orders from other countries.
